Farming RBC for blood:
Negative food won't killed your troops. As like the other rss it is better to have it on 0 and minimum always. When you need blood and at the same time your negative food is very high, before you start farming blood, decide what troops you'd be use (this is where you see VB mostly and NB is very good troops). e.g: i have lots of vb and nb to farm the camps, so i send the other troops to one of my teammate (same theory as rss) reinforcement and then later recall; except ATs (incase someone attacked me). When your marching on reinforcement your negative food would get better (depends on how many troops you send and whether is the troops that have big food consumption). Start to attack rbc to collect your blood, send marches to rbc near you, more marches the merrier - max up your assembly point (higher assembly point give you more march to send out and more troops in single march) - attacking TWO rbc lv.5 will give you more than 1mill blood instead attacking ONE rbc lv.7 only give you about 700K blood. Before you do all this you need to plan what to build what to train whether in the city or the OP and know where are the rbc you able to attack around your city, remember that. Once you see the troops is coming, go build and queue. Quickly after if you still need blood send your troops again to the RBC which you haven't attacked yet. RBC camps will generate to full resources within an hour. WARNING: It's better to memorize the troops requirement to send to rbc, i always send the strongest troops to high level and less strongest to lower lvl. e.g: send NB to lvl 7/8/9, send VB to lv.3/4/5/6, and send snips + AT to lv.1/lv.2/lv.3. Always send one type troops first until you don't have any or your march capacity max up and then change to other troops - so you won't be confuse. This works need planning and CONCENTRATION.
