Tip for getting armor from Shanks Base

I was having trouble getting all the armor pieces for the gargoyle in OP 1 so I waved it with two sets of 30K grunts one right after another and both times received a piece of armor. Don't know if this works every time but it's worth a try. I worked for me.

you can do that the same with 7k + 100nb lose only nb

tried this wave with 30K grunts...got 1 ac and 1 r.op lol...i think the drop rate is about luck, DoA once again
